Denys Miranda is a Partner of Portal Global and a Senior Solutions Director. Denys is also a co-founder of CLUSA, a private AI compute company, and has more than 25 years of experience in AI strategy and transformation across enterprise technology, telecommunications, and strategic consulting, working in Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Africa, and Asia.
Denys combines deep technical fluency in AI and 5G infrastructure with commercial leadership, having originated, negotiated, and delivered deals worth more than US$100 million in total at Ericsson, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and World Wide Technology.
In the UAE, Denys brings experience directly relevant to the sovereign clients Portal Global serves: he led the shared services architecture for Core42’s AI data centres, designing the GPU-as-a-Service frameworks through which enterprises access national AI compute. This builds on two decades of engagement with the world’s leading operators and enterprises, including Vodafone Group, BT, Verizon, T-Mobile, China Mobile, stc, du, e&, and Safaricom.
He holds a Master’s degree from Georgia Tech and completed the Digital Disruption executive programme at Cambridge Judge Business School. Trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, he is equally effective in the boardroom, the bid room, and the architecture review.
